Collection and Delivery
We will collect your item between 9am and 6pm on the weekday of your choice. Parcel delivery is normally within 48 hours to major towns and between 3 and 4 working days to more remote destinations. If you need it there quicker then click the 'Chat Now' button below and we can discuss more options.

Packaging
The item will need to be in a courier approved bike box or the courier will refuse to take it. We manufacture and sell the SendSecure range of bikes boxes and you can order one of these during checkout for just £14.99 plus £4.99 postage. If you are using your own bike box please ensure it is suitable for the journey.

• A Generous Weight Allowance
  This service is for a bicycle weighing up to 30kg in weight. Most companies will limit you to 20kg for European deliveries so the extra 10kg is normally very welcome by customers. If you think you item weighs more than 30kg then click the 'Chat Now' button below and one of our helpers will assist you.

Packing Your Bike
The item will need to be in a courier approved bike box or the courier will refuse to take it. We manufacture and sell the SendSecure range of bike boxes and you can purchase one of these during checkout. The SendSecure range is manufactured to the standards required by UK couriers and International Freight Transporters.

If you are using your own bike box please ensure it is suitable for the journey.

- Material: Double walled corrugated cardboard with extra- large ‘double flaps’ at the top and bottom of the box for extra strength to protect your bicycle.

For further protection we recommend to wrap your item in bubble wrap or use foam rolls before putting into the box, especially to avoid any pointy bits piercing the box.
