How do I track my shipment?
When you make a booking, you will receive an email confirmation with an individual tracking number. Simply enter this number into the ‘Track’ box on our tracking page here to see your delivery status.
If I order a SendSecure box when will it be delivered?
Bicycle boxes are shipped out from our UK warehouse the same working day if ordered before 2:30pm Mon-Fri for next working day express delivery. If your delivery address is outside of the UK your box will be delivered to you within three working days when ordered before 2:30pm Mon-Fri.
What types of bicycles does SendBike.com Send?
We send all types of bicycles including mountain, recumbent, road, tandem, touring, track, commuter BMX, city, cruiser, cyclocross, kids and triathlon bikes.
Which carrier does SendBike use?
SendBike uses the most trusted carriers (such as DHL and FedEx) to move bicycles domestically and internationally.
Can I use my own bike box or case?
Yes you can still ship your bike in your own box, simply enter its exact dimensions into our quote calculator.
I don't have a bike box or case?
We advise using one of our SendSecure boxes for the best shipping rate as we manufacture our boxes to within the couriers max dimensions to save you extra costs when shipping.
Do you sell extra packaging?
Yes, we sell all of the important packaging items to keep your bike safe here (insert link to our SendBike shop) which include foam frame protectors, frame spaces, dense bubble wrap, tape, foam chips & more.
What if I cancel my shipment?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a full refund on your unused shipment. Refunds may take up to 7-10 days to post to your account. Please do not file a chargeback with your credit card company as this will delay the refund process.
What do I do if my bike is damaged or lost during shipping?
While damage is rare, our support team is here to help when you need us. If your equipment has arrived damaged, please contact our support team immediately at email@example.com. All claims must be filed within 7 days of your delivery date. We aim to get you back to riding as soon as possible.
