To all our members,
In what has been a continually evolving and challenging time globally, we recognise that a cancellation or postponement of your holiday or race event may happen. At this time though we wanted to reassure you:
- All our courier collection and deliveries are currently going ahead with no delays and should the situation change we will update you.
- Although all travel is uncertain you can book your service now and there will be no charge to amend or cancel your booking with a full refund should there be the need, up to 48 hours prior to collection.
- Our customer service team are all transportation experts and are on hand via live chat or on email via firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions you may have.
Our couriers are experienced and have contingency plans for a number of different scenarios to minimise any disruptions to collections and deliveries, whilst ensuring customer needs are met in the event of localised service disruption.
