With this service we can send one of our SendSecure bike boxes to the collection address or you can choose to use or own bike box.

Using your own bike box?

Free Time Slot Collection
We will collect your bicycle on the weekday of your choice and email you a timed collection slot with a 6 hour window. Once collected, parcel delivery is normally within 3-5 working days to Major cities throughout the world.

Free Loss or Damage cover
We provide free cover worth £100. If your item is of a higher value, additional cover can be purchased during checkout.

Free Tracking
Online parcel tracking and text updates to your mobile phone. Tracking details emailed to you once your booking is complete.
